The house is located in 3/4 of an acre garden with views overlooking the Charente countryside. The house comprises of two interlocking areas; the old part which dates back to 1750 and the newly restored barn conversion. The garden benefits from a splash pool (4.57m X 1.03m) with decking up to it. Perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. This is fully enclosed with safety fencing. There are three outside seating areas with table, chairs and sun loungers provided a built in bbq, table tennis and basketball hoop . A hammock is also in place ready to while away the time with your favourite book.
The house is idealy situated just 30 minute car ride from Limoges international airport. Just 2km down the road is the delightful market town of Chabanais with shops and amenities. 20 minutes away are the picturesque towns of St junien, Rochechouart and Confolens. It is also situated 12km from the Lacs de Charente with beaches, bars and watersports on offer
The house sleeps 8 people. It comprises of two double rooms with ensuite facilities, a kingsize bedroom with seperate shower and toliet downstairs. Two single room with a jack and jenny style shower room. A seperate wc is located on the ground floor.
Entering into the property through the front door, to the left is the pool table room and to the right is one of two living rooms. A utility room with washer and drier and ironing facilites is also located from this . From this room you then enter another hall area which leads through to the open plan barn with lounge, a fully equiped kitchen, a 3 three metre long island and dining area.
