Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The amenities are top-notch, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. We had a nice weekend getaway, love this hotel. We come at least twice a year. Spa is amazing, Renta did Turkish bath and deep tissue massage. Narti does excellent Turkish bath with massage also. I highly recommend Turkish bath if you visit this hotel. Beach was beautiful as always, swimming in October was a little chilly but not bad at all. I highly recommend this place, so if you go to cesme this is the spot.

Well manicured ,well maintained ,very friendly staff, good food and decent music; Only problem I can think of is beach very crowded with small kids which easily can be avoided if you go to the platform part of the beach . I highly recommend this resort. As an add on I think Checkout should be at noon.
