Wifi and breakfast were great. Newly renovated bathroom was the best part of the room. The room was small. Queen bed, bed sheets were comfortable. VIP pickup from a parking lot helped a lot because to bring the luggage to the hotel would be difficult.

All was good except a little bit noisy at night because of its central location. The breakfast was ok; the choices could be more. I did get free pick up services during check-in and checkout. I would stay there again though.

Very enjoyable stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our 3 night stay. The room was very clean and well serviced. The central location means you can enjoy the town early in the morning before the other tourists arrive!

We had a wonderful stay in this fairytale village hotel. Being that it's in the town square, it was in the center of everything. Our only problem was when we got there, you couldn't drive down the street but luckily, we were able to call the desk, explain our predicament and they told us where to park our car and then came and picked us up. We did the same in reverse when we left and you definitely don't need a car while you're there. Breakfast was delicious and the whole experience lovely.

Great location & beautiful hotel

Great location, delicious breakfast buffet, loved the heated bathroom floor and very nice staff but not as many amenities that I would have expected. No water in the rooms and bathroom products were large and attached to fixtures. Overall, for the price and location and food I would definitely stay again, but I’ve been a bit spoiled by other hotels recently, so those minor items stand out. Also, while it is definitely a safe area, I did not love having to leave our luggage in the lobby until we could check in.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room has a loft, spacious, and very clean. Christmas market is just right at their doorstep, close to the castle and other famous attractions. Staff was so kind and helpful. Our room is on the 3rd floor, No elevator, something to consider if you have big luggages and traveling with elders. Breakfast was good. Only issue was few blocks to the hotel were closed to vehicles at certain hours due to Christmas markets, so we have to walk far with our luggages to catch the taxi at check out, not the hotel’s fault, but something to consider when you visit during Christmas season. But overall, we had a pleasant stay, will definitely stay again in the future.
