The view was amazing and the proximity to the lifts was probably as good as you can get. However, the location advertises “free off site parking” which upon arrival we found is just parking in the town square and walking 10 mins back up to the hotel or paying for parking at the lifts. We opted to pay where it seemed to be 10 euro a day. Other than that, it was a really great stay.

Struttura adiacente agli impianti di risalita per Plain Maison, comodissima per chi scia. Non ha il parcheggio, come erroneamente indicato sulla prenotazione, ma hanno provveduto a risolvere il problema. Trovato il bagno sporco, ma sono prontamente venuti a pulirlo. Colazione nella media. Camera un po' fredda (c'è solo un termosifone e ci vuole del tempo prima che riscaldi l'ambiente) e temperatura dell'acqua della doccia appena tiepida, non piacevole dopo una giornata sugli impianti. Insonorizzazione pessima, sembrava di avere i vicini di camera in stanza. Personale molto gentile e cordiale.

Nosotros veníamos de Interlaken a Zermatt y el hotel Petit Palais dice que están a 12,86 km de Zermatt...es completamente falso...está a mas de 200 km de Zermatt. Porque no dicen la verdad. Es 12 km en teleféricos pero no lo pone.

Frühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl und war hervorragend betreut. Alles, was das Herz begehrt vorhanden. Nur Aufschnitt recht begrenzt. Zimmer hatte tollen Ausblick auf die Berge und den Ort. Negativ: Zimmer sehr klein. Dusche extrem klein. Kein Nachttisch. Laut - Seilbahn direkt vor dem Fenster, Türen schlecht gedämmt, wodurch Gespräche und geöffnete Türen auf dem Gang sehr laut hörbar waren. Entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung kein Parkplatz direkt auf dem Hotelgelände. Verbesserungsvorschlag Zusatz: kleines Speisen-Angebot in der Bar
