Nicola by PosarelliVillas

Villa Nicola is a vacation villa rental just kilometers from Vinci, Tuscany, the birthplace of genius Leonardo da Vinci.
The property has recently been renovated and divided into two units, one of which is lived in by the property owners (who do not have access to the rental unit or the garden while guests are renting).
With 6 bedrooms and large common areas, Villa Nicola can accommodate up to 12-13 people. The house is equipped with all modern amenities for a relaxing stay, like WiFi and air conditioning.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful private pool and spacious garden. Villa Nicola is nestled among the vineyards and nature of the owners’ farm. During your stay, you can taste their white wine, red wine, rosé and olive oil.
Villa Nicola’s strategic location is within easy reach of Tuscany’s main art cities like Florence, Pisa, and Lucca; as well as the charming towns of Vinci, Cerreto Guidi, and Montecatini Terme.

At the disposal of the guests of this beautiful vacation rental: large private garden; private, fenced-in pool for guests only (12 x 6 meters; depth: 1.5 meters); 6 bedrooms with air conditioning; free WiFi internet; parking; barbecue

For golf lovers, we recommend the Bellosguardo Golf Club, just 8 km from the house. The beautiful 9-hole course is one of Italy’s longest and most difficult. It is about 5,800 meters, 70 par with double tees, and also offers a large driving range, two putting greens and a pitching green.

The following can be organized next to the farm’s winery, about 350 meters from the house:
- tastings of the farm’s products
- lunch and dinner with a local cook
Access to the property is via 400 meters of unpaved road.

Distances: Cerreto Guidi with shops of all kinds 2 km away, the charming medieval town of Vinci with the Leonardo da Vinci museum just 7 km, Montecatini with thermal baths about 20 km, Florence about 40 km, Pisa about 60 km away.

Please carefully check if there are any extra costs to be paid on site!

WOW!!! Absolutely gorgeous setting!! Lots of space and the home was spotless! We loved the pool area and the yard. It felt surreal staying there and we can’t wait to come back! We took a day trip to Florence, parked at the Empoli train station about 15 minutes away and rode the train in, super easy!!

Villa was great. Host was very helpful, with the car we visited Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca. Out in the morning, pool in the afternoon and evening. Evening meals looking over the vineyard were very nice. Kids enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the wine.

Very nice place in the middle of Tuscany. The views are fantastic, the calmness and the beautiful nature likewise. The house standard was good and Nicola (the owner) was very service minded and fixed things whenever it was needed. You need a car to make trips both to the near supermarket and to places far away. We made many trips to different places and it took 45-60 min to each place which is a little too long maybe, but we also enjoyed staying at the villa and had barbecue a couple of times, which was good.

The house was amazing the view can’t be beat! The only thing there is no hand soap or garbage bags. The host is amazing and so nice and accommodating. The management company is not the easiest to communicate with but host is amazing. I would stay there every time we go. They have their own wine there to buy and laundry is 1 mile away. The town around is cute and about 45 minutes from Pisa and lucca. This house is truly amazing with beautiful views wish we did not have to leave.

Review for stay from 02 July 2022 to 09 July 2022

We loved the house, outside area and the pool. Lovely and clean bedrooms with spectacular views over the Tuscan landscape. We enjoyed our stay as a family of 6 very much and would recommend the villa unreservedly. We also enjoyed the local wine provided (and given to us as a gift) very much! If I could make a suggestion, I would suggest to have some basics stocked in the house - salt, pepper, sugar, soap in the bathrooms, kitchen towels or kitchen paper. We had to buy everything for staying only a week (we left it for the next renter so they hopefully they don't have to get it). Also towels for the pool and a small washing machine would be very helpful - we have stayed in lots of houses and normally find those things provided. Otherwise a wonderful place which we would highly recommend

Review for stay from 12 October 2024 to 19 October 2024

Review for stay from 09 July 2022 to 16 July 2022
