Apartment 'Menvil' with Mountain Views, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday apartment Casa Menvil, with step-free interior, is located in Cercs and offers beautiful views of the Pyrenees. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to five people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television and a washing machine. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The rental offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue.



It is located in the center of the Baells reservoir, where you can enjoy water sports and bring your own equipment, such as paddle boards or canoes. There is also a playground and a football and basketball court 30 meters away, next to a picnic area with several barbecues and a bar, near the natural springs of Font Gran.



Tennis and paddle courts are just a 15-minute walk away, and the ski resort is 30 minutes by car. The area offers hiking trails, the coal mine museum, the Fumanya dinosaur interpretation center, Lake Taumi, and the Pedraforca adventure park, where you can enjoy activities such as ziplining.



You will find free street parking and an electric vehicle charging service one minute from the house. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. A barbecue is available (charcoal not provided). The property has guidelines for proper waste separation; further information is provided on site. The accommodation offers a convenient self check-in system.
