The room had many areas that were visibly dirty : the outside of the the refrigerator, the bathroom vanity, parts of the closet. Worse than that was, after I had settled in for the night I realized that the roll of toilet paper had 3 little squares on the roll. There was no extra rolls any where in the bathroom. I tried to call the front desk, I could hear them but they couldnt hear me. The phone cord was very damaged where it attached to the reciever. I went down to the front desk and had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. I felt this was unreasonable. I also talked to the front desk the next morning. All that was said both times, oh sorry we will let house keeping know. I have stayed at residence inn before. I have noted they are the lower end of Marriott hotel lines. I have never experienced this level of what i consider to be pretty gross place to stay. I will not be staying at those any more.

We had until 3:00 am to check in coming in from a different state and they canceled our reservation at 1:00 am. They canceled the whole reservation not just 1 day and it was booked 3 weeks in advance. We also asked if we could just book it again once we got there to check in and they said no check ins until 3:00 pm.

The Marriott was outdated. The room was clean but gaudy in appearance. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was less than average, but made the grade. I saved $20.00 by not eating at a Dennys. For $117.00 i slept in a 1 bedroom suite and had plenty of room. I will return. The Marriott was very cost-effective, and they care about their guest.

Door locks malfunction, furniture needs replaced, some staff appears have racial problems, talks to minorities, ignored others. Stay was a nightmare, had to have room keys replaced 2 times because they malfunctioned had to wait for over an hour for someone to help get into room. Will not stay at a Marriott again.. promised a refund for one night, never happened!

There was ice cream in the freezer when we checked in. One of the beds was wobbly. One of the bedroom doors was broken you couldn’t close the door. The breakfast sausage had hair in it. But overall it was very roomy. I will try another location next time. Getting in the front door is a hassle if you have multiple suitcases because there is no sliding doors.

Old hotel

First room, plugs next to bed didn't work. Moved to second room. No towels, no waste basket, one plug next to bed didn't work. No stopper in tub for bath. Went to front desk, said out of towels, check back later. Also mall next to hotel has been vacant for years. Everything in area has closed except Texas Roadhouse. They charge $10 to park next to vacant mall with a thousand empty parking spaces.
