Over all the location was okay and staff was very helpful and friendly but in my 3 days stay the WiFi didn’t work at all we tried contacting the staff to get it fixed but no luck.

Korn and Staff are all amazingly friendly Staffer Miss Korn is an Outstanding person. We arrived late in the evening Korn greeted us respectful the Thai Way, a pretty smile, beautiful eyes & softly spoken. She speaks & understands fluent English. We booked a l bedroom and to our surprise Korn upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite 2 bathrooms, 20th floor, balcony, facing Victory Monument. We loved our stay so much because of Miss Korns professionalism and our accomodation, we booked again 1.5 weeks later for a further 4 nights. I'd also like to add even though Miss Korn is outstanding the rest of the staff are very friendly and always smiling. If you are wondering if this hotel is good value and convenient then YES. It's only 10 min easy walk to MBK and 12 min to Siam Paragon mall. There is a BTS ONLY 3 min walk to RATCHATHEWI BTS or 12 min walk to NATIONAL STADIUM BTS. Outside the hotel 2 min walk is 7 Eleven. This area is safe just like the rest of Bangkok. Big Swimming pool and Gym Australian Traveller : I highly recommend this to singles couples and definitely families. Places to visit: Icon Siam (bts), Victory Monument, Mahanakhon Skywalk (bts), hop on hop off Ferry 150Baht per person (very cheap self tour), Terminal 21 Mall there are two, Asok and Rama 3 (largest of the 2), One Bangkok Mall. Transport Use Grab - reliable and you can select price and how to pay. BTS & MRT trains - airconditioned and easy to use.
