The hotel and staff are amazing the only thing that went wrong was that the minibar was locked

Great location and staff. The hotel is conviently located near the park, museums and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe quiet and clean. The staff could not have been more helpful and fruendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Super luxurious hotel. We loved our stay. You can't find a better area with more to do in Mexico City. The hotel had so many dining options and they were all top notch.
