Quick trip

Bridget was fantastic at check-in! She was informative, efficient, and friendly. Our room was comfortable and fairly clean. The sheets had a stain at the top of them. I didn't like that the shower door only opened one way because it's difficult to turn the water on and not get doused with cold water. The view was nice, the room temp was easily controlled, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a stay when visiting hot springs. All the bath houses, bars and brunch spots are within walking distance from this hotel. Breakfast was delicious but we stayed for 2 nights and breakfast was the same on both days. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay!

Room was literally in the corner of the building. Room was triangular shaped. Not very spacious. Door to bathroom would not stay closed. Staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly!

It's a good choice!

It was nice, I'm not sure it's worth the amount they charge in comparison to many other hotels I've stayed at, though. The beds are a bit hard, if you like that, it would be great; it was a little too hard for me. The hotel is clean. The young man at reception didn't tell us anything about breakfast, checkout time or shuttle upon checking in. We also could not get on the same floor as the rest of our party. The shuttle and valet men were fabulous! Bartenders were great. Fantastic location, easy to walk to most everything &the shuttle is available for drop off &pick up for the things that are a little further!

Arrived check in was great when got to the room it was loud with the room next to us. The room was dirty hair in bed, had to look for remote for tv found it on the floor next to bed on the floor next to dirt and finger nail clippings. Had no choice but to stay the night was very late. Next morning the coffer make did not work was filthy and wasn’t even plugged in. We went to talk to management about the problem with no resolve. Checked out even though I had already paid for the next day was told I have to talk to Expedia for a refund. Told them I was not happy with the condition of my room and was not staying there another night and they said so be it not their place for a refund or even cared! I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! They just do t care!!!!! If I could give them a zero stars I definitely would!

Really nice hotel, booked here due to Embassy being full but honestly, loved this place better. Definitely will book here again when I visit Hot Springs. Loved the complimentary shuttle service that is provided as well!

Go somewhere else

Last minute booking and from the pictures it seemed really nice. Staff was friendly however the beds were hard and uncomfortable and all night we kept hearing doors slam and people being really really loud. A/c never kicked on and bathroom wasn't very clean. Would definitely try to stay somewhere else, especially for the price we paid.
