Very outdated and nothing worked! Vending machine was broke, ice machine was broke, at breakfast the drink machine was broke, the phone was broke,the hot tub was broke! Won’t be staying here again!

It would have been understandable to give me this really poor room between the public bathrooms and gym And even though it was tha smallest room in the hotel with a very intense musk /old AC smell the hotel wasn’t even half full It wasn’t their last and only room! We stayed 2 nights, not booked together but we decided to stay because we had a great day but didn't finish what we wanted. Both nights our check one were fast and convenient. Our rooms were clean. The hotel was quite for being very busy with a baseball team. Breakfast was good with many options.

No ice No drinks in machine. Snack machine half empty. Dirty hallways. No hairdryer. Dirty ice bucket. Fire alarm went off with steam from shower. No toilet paper hanger. Housekeeper did not leave clean washcloths . When I got there they put me in a dirty room.

We've stayed here several time's and never really had an innsue until this time but the tub in our room, room 210, would not drain, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, the floors in the halls were filthy but our room was very clean, none of the ice maker's worked, had to go to a local store and pay over $3 for a bag of ice, went down for breakfast but the machine with orange juice and other breakfast juices was out of order so went to the drink machine which was also not working, it had a piece of paper taped on it that said out of order, the desk chair in our room was all mangled up, the covering was completely off the entire right arm rest on the chair, like I stated, we hav Rd stayed here several time's but if they can't keep up with the repairs that needs doing we will not continue staying here, there's several hotel's in the area to pick from.

Okay stay

The stay was okay at most. It wasn’t uncomfortable in a way that made me want to leave. Only minor issues the pool chlorine level was extremely high burned your eyes from the hotel lobby, the key card kept being deactivated (literally checked in walked upstairs card in hand sat card on bathroom counter picked card up walked out realized I needed my car key nothing to demagnetize) this happened both days around check in time. The location is in a very convenient area and La Hacienda was a great recommendation from the staff who were very informative.
