Caution with reservations

They've lost my reservation. Finally they find a free room, but air conditioning pipes were near the window, which produced an unbearable noise during the day and until 2 AM. They said the will change my room but they didn't. The room was cleaned only the 1st day (in 4 day stay). The English language is a problem (by one receptionist). Otherwise, if you need a cheap room only to sleep there, it's OK.

Hotels.comdan rezervasyon ve ödemesini yaptığım bu otele gittiğimde rezervasyonumun olmadığını söylediler. Bana gelen maili gösterdim. Şimdilik sizi alalım çözmeye çalışacağız sorunu dendi. Sonra hotels.comla görüştüklerini ve ödemeyi kendilerine yapmam gerektiğini söylediler. Ben hotels.comu aradığımda böyle birşeyin olmadığını ödeme yapmamam gerektiğini otelle görüşüp bana döneceklerini söyleyip döndüler.Söylediklerine göre bu otelin hatasıydı. Otel bunun üzerine para talebinden vazgeçti. Ancak özür dilemediler. Bunun dışında odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. İki kez istedik ancak gelmedi. Ayrıca otel trenyolunun 2 metre yanında ve sabaha kadar tren sesi geliyor. Bunun yanında oda çok soğuktu. Pencere ses ve soğuk geçiriyor. İnternet şifresi verdiler girerken ama internete bağlanılamıyordu.

Habitación minuscula

Cuando llegue me dijeron que no tenían la reserva que había. La habitación pequeña apenas cabía la cama, el cuarto de baño minúsculo. La ducha sin mampara y cada ve que me duchaba mojaba el habitáculo. Si no colocabas el cartel de hacer la habitación no la hacían y si lo ponías a veces le daban la vuelta y no hacían la habitación.
