The bed in our room was terrible hardly slept. Got up to have buffet breakfast and it was hardly warm. Told the staff and she said it was on low and had to turn it up. Told the front desk and she said couldn’t help me because I booked Expedia.

There were children running up and down the hallway for hours. We called down to the front desk and they stopped for a bit but then they started back up. My suggestion, have couples looking for a nice night out without kids stay on the top floor and have families on the bottom floors.
