The Space:

This stylish studio flat in the heart of the old town combines high-quality design, functionality and a warm, homely atmosphere - ideal for couples, business travellers or solo travellers.



🛏️ Sleeping/living area:

The open-plan room is harmoniously divided: A large double bed with a comfortable mattress, an elegant velvet couch, decorative lighting and lovely details create a cosy ambience. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light and a charming view of the historic old town.



🍽️ Dining area & kitchen:

The fully equipped kitchenette offers everything for daily needs: Cooker, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, pots, crockery and much more. The adjoining dining area with solid wood table invites you to linger.



🛁 Bathroom:

The modern tiled bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin with storage space as well as fresh towels and soap.



🏛️ Building & access:

The flat is located on the 1st floor of a listed old building with a lovingly restored staircase and traditional flair.



📍 Location:

Located directly on the market square - restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities and sights are within walking distance. The railway station is also within easy walking distance.



Guest Access:

From the front door, the path leads through the historic staircase to your accommodation on the 1st floor (door in the centre - ‘Uhrmacherei’). On the same level is the room with the washing machine and tumble dryer (‘Feuerwehrkammer’).

To get to the rear courtyard with the waste bins for residual waste, paper, cardboard and plastic, walk past the stairs on the left from the building entrance door and open the rear door.



Other Things to Note:

Private parking spaces are available for our guests on a nearby property (approx. 8 minutes' walk away). Use is subject to a charge (€5 per day) and only possible by prior reservation, as the number of spaces is limited. Please let us know in good time if you need a parking space.



Important note on the furnishings:

Our flat will officially open on 1 July. Until then, the furnishings may still change slightly - individual pieces of furniture or decorative elements may be replaced or supplemented by equivalent alternatives. The photos show the planned state and serve as a guide. Small deviations are possible and do not constitute a defect. We promise: The style will remain consistent - and your stay just as comfortable.



The windows are fitted with modern louvre curtains that provide pleasant privacy during the day. Please note that these do not completely darken the room. For guests who are particularly sensitive to light, we recommend bringing a sleep mask if required.
