What a Traveller needs

Flat as advertised. Location great. Check in could have been easier. Would be nice if the traveller did not have to provide toilet paper. Not the sort of thing one carries around.

Es war alles in Ordnung und zufriedenstellend. Leider haben wir erst verspätet den Schlüssel gefunden, da dieser sehr versteckt war. Leider haben wir auch nicht gewußt, wo wir den Müll entsorgen können und diesen deshalb wieder mitgenommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und großzügig. die Betten bequem und die Ausstattung der Küche sehr umfangreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.

Mein Mann und ich haben eine schöne Woche in Celle verbracht. Dazu hat auch die schöne Ferienwohnung beigetragen. Die Lage ist ideal. Kurze Wege in die Altstadt, aber auch direkt zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in die Natur. Die Fahrräder konnten wir praktischerweise in der Tiefgarage im Haus sicher unterstellen. Die Wohnung selbst war uns ein gemütliches Zuhause auf Zeit. Sie ist keine unpersönliche Neubauwohnung, sondern zeigt mit der Ausstattung Charakter. Die Möbel erzählen eine Geschichte. Es war dennoch alles in einem guten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Fantastisch gelegen appartement, uitkijkend op veel groen vanaf het grote terras. Via een bruggetje over de Aller loop je zo de mooie oude binnenstad van Celle in. Heel volledig ingericht, goede bedden. In de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt (en meer), maar de inbouw-apparatuur begint wel wat mankementen te vertonen. M.n. de vaatwasser vertoonde kuren, maar kwam uiteindelijk toch op gang, gelukkig. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding!

Gut gelegen…

Es war soweit alles da, was man zu sechst benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock - ohne Aufzug. Parkplätze stehen mit Glück auf einen kleinen Parkplatz oder entlang der Strasse zur Verfügung. Reizend fanden wir die Begrüßung mit Getränken und Pralinen vor Ort.Leider knarzen die Türen in der Wohnung extrem (v.a. Badezimmer) so dass man aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde, sobald ein nächtlicher Toilettengang anstand und einige Möbel waren etwas abgewohnt. Die Dachterrasse bietet viel Platz und einen schönen Blick, bräuchte aber eine liebevoll pflegende Hand. Also alles Kleinigkeiten, die gut behoben werden können. Für unseren Kurztrip war die Unterkunft ausreichend und allemal angenehmer als ein Hotelzimmer.

Bewertung Fewo in Celle

Die Anreise erfolgte an einem Sonntag. Bis zu diesem Tag hatten wir keinerlei Informationen zum Check-In (Schlüsselübergabe) Erst nach mehreren Anrufen und e-mail Kontakt mit FeWo haben wir dann an diesem Tag den Schlüsselübergabeort erfahren.Die Fewo hat eine schöne verkehrsberuhigte Lage mit Blick ins "Grüne" und nur wenige hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt. Ein ganztägiger Pkw Stellplatz ist leider nicht vorhanden (darf nur nachts und am WE) benutzt werden. Dem Mobiliar sieht man tws sein Alter an. Der Sauberkeitszustand der vorhandene Balkonterrasse hätte durchaus besser ausfallen können (Unkraut zwischen den Fugen). Ärgerlich war, dass wir den vorhandenen TV nicht nutzen konnten, da kein Signal zu empfangen war. Mehrere Hilfeersuchen (Anrufe / WhatsApp) bei der Verwalterin der Wohnung blieben ungehört. Das ist ganz schlechtes Kundenverständnis.

Die Wohnung liegt super nah an der Altstadt und wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wohnung ist gut, aber eine Lampe über den Esstisch in der Küche wäre super und auch ein Haltegriff in der Badewanne. Hatten am 1.Tag ein Problem mit der Heizung, aber uns wurde sofort geholfen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank.

Die zentrale ruhige Lage und der Zuschnitt der FeWo ist super . Es könnte aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden, das sich die Wohnung in der 3 Et. befindet und man 35 Stufen überwinden muss. Das Mobiliar ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, abgewohnt, beschädigt und fleckig , es befand sich in der gesamten Wohnung kein einziger Schlüssel in den Schranktüren und Schubladen, auch keine Griffe zum öffnen. Die Fernbedienung des TV funktionierte auch nicht richtig .Die gesamte FeWo und die Dachterrasse müssten mal aufgehübscht werden. Geschlafen haben wir alle sehr gut, die Matratzen waren top. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und haben 14 schöne Tage in Celle verlebt.
