The location and grounds are beautiful with many nice outdoor seating areas. We had a problem with the lack of sound proofing in our room. The room has a large mirror on a track like a barn door with no wall behind it, only foam. This allowed all conversation from the guests attached to be heard in our room. We felt like we were sharing the room with other guests. We brought this to the attention of the front office staff with a picture and sound recording from our room. They made no attempt to help us.

The hotel was wonderful and having various room options was really important to our group. We very much enjoyed the sea access but would be weary with children as it can be rough (they have a wonderful pool option)- for adults there was no concern! Staff was helpful!

The sea view from the restaurant and the room is lovely. The terrace is pretty and lit at night. The hotel decor is very dated and makes the rooms feel dingy but they are very clean. The sun lounges are basic and plastic. The beach bar is limited serving 2-3 cocktails. The beach toilets are terrible - wooden shed, bad smell and no soap to wash your hands! The restaurant food is top quality, tasty and good value. This was our honeymoon but the staff did nothing to make our stay special at all! I recommend hiring a car as it’s only 7 mins drive to the centre of Cefalù, there is free easy parking at the hotel. Parking in cefalu town is very busy but there are paid car parks. It’s not advised to walk to town, very limited uber in the area with long waits.There is a public bus that stops at the entrance, although we never used this. Pool area is nice with a mountain backdrop and a few outdoor games to keep you entertained. Small limited pool bar. Good breakfast with cooked options, continental, baked goods, dairy free and gluten free options. Serves twinings English breakfast tea.

Overall a positive experience, but dinner on the terrace may be idyllic atmospherically, but a gastronomic treat it is not. However, Cefalu has some fab restaurants, so dine there instead.

Abbbbbsolutely go. My best friend and I splurged a bit with this stunning hotel and I honestly, if you can- do it. The property itself is stunning and we went at a busy time of year, but it didn’t feel crowded at all. The staff could not be friendlier, the food was amazing, the private beach is spectacular and everything was just totally spot on. It’s also just a 10 minute taxi right into the city center, or 30 minutes by foot.

Our stay at the property was great! I would like to note that there was a bit of mold in our shower & the shower water leaked out onto the floor in the bathroom. It could’ve been just our room but would’ve been nice to not have that at all. The beach & pool area are great and very well maintained. It makes the location so unique and special. A shuttle service to the city centre would’ve been great however, this hotel lacked this. If you want a beautiful view, a nice spot to swim and a good nights rest - stay here.

The hotel sits on a cliff overlooking the ocean and has an incredible swimming area along the base of the cliffs! Our room was exactly as advertised online and had a wonderful balcony and sweeping views of the ocean! The restaurant features dining alfresco in the evening and has a very extensive menu. I would highly recommend this property to couples as a romantic getaway.!

This was a beautiful resort with a comfortable bed and amazing view of sea. Limited dining options other than on property unless you have transportation

Charming hotel and wonderful service. The restaurant was great too!! The beach was so beautiful and loved hanging by the huge pool!!!!Loved our stay!!

Beautiful

Beautiful location, private beach was great. Breakfast had great selection, and restaurant was excellent. Free parking on site was a life saver.

I am not one to write reviews, but I feel like I could probably help someone if they are on the fence on this hotel. I was here with my family which includes a 4 year old and 9 year old. Pros- The location is great. Just a little outside of the city. The access to the ocean and view is perfect. Even better than La callette which we also stayed at. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Cons- The lobby staff was nice depending on who you got. The restaurant staff on the other hand was very cold and it felt as though they did not want us there. I am sure they are tired of tourists, but I am an Italian native that only spoke italian to them and it still felt like we were a burden to be there. It was extremely unwelcoming. The pool and tennis area was extremely dated and dirty. They made you pay to use the tennis court which was a laugh because no one ever used it and it was run down to the ground. Overall I probably would not stay here again sadly. If you dont care about how you are treated and only there for the view and water then it's fine. Again the breakfast was excellent as well. And the views from the rooms were also amazing.

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff and disappointing stay. There was a duplicate booking under my name - staff acknowledged this at check-in but did nothing to resolve it. I stayed in the Expedia room, but they still forced me to pay €340 for the unused second room. Their payment system failed, and I was not allowed to leave until I used another card. No apology, no accountability. The air con leaked in the room, and breakfast was average at best. Staff were cold and dismissive throughout. Their follow-up response ignored everything and blamed me. Deeply unprofessional - avoid.
