The room was mostly clean. It just didn’t feel clean. The windows were absolutely filthy. The bath tub was slow to drain so you had to stand in water. Staff seemed nice. We we in a hurry in the morning so we didn’t stop for breakfast. And the next morning we slept in until after 9. Parking was fine. And it was easy to find.

Staff was definitely accommodating but the room/hotel surely needed updating and maintenance. My mom stayed in the adjoining room, and she was horrified by the mattress stains and also said the bottom of the bed was broken and was barely holding the mattress. Beds and pillows were horrible to sleep on; we all left with back aches and headaches.

My tub ran hot water constantly. Not a drip, a stream. Had to keep the bathroom door shut to keep the temperature and humidity down in the rest of the room. There is no hot tub. It wasnt out of order, it was nonexistent. Not impressed with the breakfast. And it has to be eaten in the breakfast area. No taking it to the room. So plan to bring the whole family down with you. There was one kind and friendly staff member. I wish I had gotten his name.
