Podere Nuti is a farmhouse with five independent apartments. The garden, sunbathing area, barbecue, and pool are shared among the five apartments and the owners, who live on the property and are very discreet. The pool is open from May to October 20, from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 19:00, and is not heated. Wi-Fi is available outdoors in the common areas; it is not available inside the apartments.



'Podere Nuti – 4 Lauro' is on the first floor, measures 45 m², and includes a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, and a baby crib.
