The staff are brilliant. The facilities are good. The pool was great and the kids loved it. There are several eating options around the hotel. It's within walking distance of the 'House of Lechon' - great Lechon and traditional philipino food. There is a laundry next door and a well stocked grocery store near by. Also a beautiful Catholic church across the road. Will definitely consider staying here again if I find myself in Cebu.

No customer service. Promised Breakfast, did not give any. Even a simple compliment or apologies if there were mistakes with Expedia booking and their hotel. Just plane nothing. We were IGNORED !!! apart from that, the room was soo ugly, old, and looked like a utility room.

This hotel is perfectly placed for the city life,food and shopping the local malls. Theres also 24hr McDonald's,Jollibee..and 7/11 all walking distance. The staff at lex are amazing. I have no complaints and already rebooked for another 2 days later this month. Taxi and grab drivers are easy to access as well.

Staff were rude. I booked and paid for 1 adult and 3 children but was told that only 1 person is allowed in the pool, went to the front desk to complain and was told to have 3 persons in the pool. Is the facility implying to leave 1 of the kids in the room while the other 2 are in the pool or just have 3 children in the pool without adult supervision? Terrible…This facility should not be allowed to book family rooms.
