Beautiful hotel destroyed by own policies

A beautiful, clean and spacious hotel marred by poor management policies. Rooms were well-equipped, sheets and towels were clean and location was good. However, a late check out of an hour will cost an extra 30% of the prevailing room rate. Deposit was also doubled of another hotel that we stayed at. Additional bottled water was also not provided upon request.

88th Avenue is an absolutely lovely place to stay. I stayed for 2 weeks and i will be back. Very clean and staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms are top notch with amazing little touches. Felt like luxury every day. I really do recommend this place to everyone. Close by shops and near everything you could want. I will miss the place. Thankyou to all at the 88th Avenue for a lovely stay

Small rooms are very affordable and very nice and have very comfortable beds. Large rooms are very expensive. And they all have a sliding glass door so you can get fresh air.Or if you are a smoker, you can go out there and smoke.Not as smoking myself

All the rooms have amazingly comfortable beds and nice kitchen utensils able to open the balcony door for fresh air very nice The smaller rooms are very affordable in the smaller rooms was able to get clean towels whenever we wanted The larger rooms are too expensive the larger room was not able to get towels Very nice.We'll be staying there again in the smaller room

Awesome hotel with serviced apts. great service too. The mall connected to the front entrance has a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

Pretty nice place and has good room amenities. There are quite a few restaurants in the connecting plaza. There's a safe in the room. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are stocked. The pool is cold and indoor. The hot tub on the rooftop was not working.

Nice hotel but for me, a lousy location. As a photographer, I like to walk around older interesting parts of the city to get pics. This hotel is on a very busy main street that is nearly impossible to get across. Also difficult for cabs to turn into the parking area. Breakfast included but the Tomntom cafe is usually out of some items so go elswhere if you can find anything. The Ayala mall close by is the most boring in all of Cebu. I checked out early and found a hotel nearer the entertainment district.
