Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes before 3 P.M. Check-in time. I needed that info so I could let security know so they would let me into property, park my vehicle, and drop off my bags at front counter. Even after I was finally given the Tower and room #, I wasn't told how to get into the room. Wasn't given a key or passcode. So I had to contact the property handler again, and was told it was a key and front desk clerk had it. So I asked the desk clerk for the key, and it was inside a lockbox. The desk clerk didn't have the lockbox's combo code. So had to contact propery manager yet again!!! And had to wait some more for property handler to reply. Basically, Check-in was 3 PM but it was much later before i finally was able to enter unit. So nice place, horrible communication.
