On the heights of a village in the heart of the PĂ©rigord Noir, close to SARLAT, not far from ROCAMADOUR, stands this magnificent contemporary villa offering a superb view of the Dordogne valley. Its calm and wooded environment will enchant you.
Perfectly integrated into the landscape, its modernity will allow you to enjoy an exceptional light and the comfort of a trendy interior design realized with the desire to create a warm and personal atmosphere. The four bedrooms have new quality bedding; each offers a decoration of its own. An umbrella bed and a high chair are available.

Up to 10 people can be welcomed in this house close to all trade (Center Leclerc - Farmer's Market - local markets). Thanks to its privileged geographical situation, you will admire, on a radius of 30 kms, the main patrimonial sites of the department of the Dordogne (SARLAT-DOMME-LAROQUE GAGEAC-BEYNAC-THE MILANDES etc ...) but also of Lot (ROCAMADOUR- PADIRAC-SAINT-CIRQ LAPOPIE- etc ...). Amazing stay - We’ll be back!

The property is set in a lovely hillside location with easy access to Sarlat and Souillac. The property itself is better than we expected, and we had high hopes before arriving. The host Nicole has thought of everything you’ll need during your stay and the kitchen is so well equipped
.the best we’ve ever experienced! The pool is a short walk down from the house through the lovely gardens, with a latched gate and fencing around the pool to keep little ones and dogs safe. Nicole was a brilliant host and available when needed and provided us with lots of useful information about the local area. We hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful villa!!

The beautiful villa is situated very privately on a hillside overlooking the Dordogne valley. The home is exceptionally well furnished with very elegant features
 many big windows, great outside lounging areas, swimming pool, and a well equipped kitchen. Nicole is a gracious host and readily available for any questions.

Nous avons passĂ© une merveilleuse semaine dans la Villa Nakalta ! La maison est trĂšs belle et spatieuse, et est aussi trĂšs fonctionnelle. Nous Ă©tions 9 et chacun bĂ©nĂ©ficie de son espace. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses. L'espace de vie est trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ© (avis aux amateurs de design et de mobilier scandinave) et ouvert sur un paysage magnifique qui ajoute au charme de l'endroit. La villa est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous avons trouvĂ© tous les ustensiles et appareils dont nous avions besoin. Tout en Ă©tant bien au calme, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© des commoditĂ©s, de nombreux lieux Ă  visiter et d'activitĂ©s de plein air. Nous avons Ă©galement beaucoup profitĂ© de la piscine, longue et donc idĂ©ale pour nager. La communication avec Nicole et Jean a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs fluide. En plus d'ĂȘtre trĂšs sympathiques et accueillants, ils sont trĂšs rĂ©actifs et donnent plein de conseils et d'adresses ! Rare maison contemporaine dans la région

Nous préférons les maisons contemporaines, particuliÚrement lorsque, pour cette semaine passée dans cette région, nous avions invité nos enfants, petits-enfants et famille proche, total de six adultes, deux enfants et un bébé confortablement installés grùce aux trois salles de bains, trois WC. La maison, trÚs lumineuse, installée à flanc de colline avec une vue spectaculaire, est trÚs bien équipée, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle et linge de maison, inutile d'apporter quoique ce soit. La piscine (que nous n'avons pas utilisée malgré la bonne météo) est en contrebas, protégée des visites des enfants par une porte sécurisée. La situation est au centre des principales visites de la région, d'un cÎté Gramat, le parc Préhisto Dino, le chemin de fer touristique et le gouffre de Padirac, de l'autre, Lascaux IV, Thot. Souillac à 10 minutes, Sarlat à 30 minutes. Sauf si vous préférez les vielles bùtisses, vous pouvez louer sans problÚme à cet architecte en retraite et son épouse, vous serez trÚs bien accueillis.

Un cadre magnifique pour une maison trÚs agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour de 6 adultes et 4 enfants dans une propriété trÚs bien agencée, sécurisée pour les enfants avec un confort et un équipement optimals. La piscine ne jouxtant pas la maison est un vrai plus en terme de sécurité et un havre de paix dans un environnement boisé.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© deux semaines dans la "Villa Nakalta" et nous ne regrettons absolument pas notre choix ! La maison est moderne avec des volumes spacieux et parfaitement agencĂ©s. La dĂ©coration a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©alisĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t. Rien ne manque et nous nous sommes sentis Ă  la fois totalement en vacances et chez nous ! Monsieur et Madame CORNU, les propriĂ©taires, vous accueillent comme des amis et sont vĂ©ritablement aux petits soins pour leurs hĂŽtes. La maison est situĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©picentre d'une rĂ©gion qui regorge de sites remarquables Ă  visiter et de spĂ©cialitĂ©s Ă  dĂ©guster... Nous sommes revenus avec quelques kilos en plus et la tĂȘte pleine de merveilleux souvenirs ... Si vous passez par lĂ , n'hĂ©sitez pas et vous aussi choisissez la "Villa Nakalta" !

Si le paradis existe ... il est à Cazoulés

Malgré un temps + propice à la recherche de grenouilles que de champignons. Un séjour au top avec une bande d'amis. Un grand merci a la famille Cornu pour l' accueil, dans leur demeure au grand confort, leur disponibilité et les bons conseils pour un super séjour.

Eine der schönsten UnterkĂŒnfte, die wir je gemietet haben

Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in wechselnder Besetzung (4-8 erwachsene Personen) in diesem tollen Haus verbracht und uns rundherum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Das Haus bietet den Platz fĂŒr diese Personenzahl und die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Diese Ausstattung, die ausgesprochen liebenswĂŒrdigen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und der moderne Baustil mit dem tollen Blick ins Tal zeichnet diese Unterkunft aus. Bonheur calme et beauté

Un séjour merveilleux : les propriétaires sont aussi charmants que la maison. La villa est spacieuse (et pourtant nous étions 10!) belle fonctionnelle design, et trÚs bien équipée. La piscine est chauffée, longue (12m) et sans vis à vis. Le cadre est verdoyant et calme. Le bonheur !!!!
