Bring in your own boat using the public boat launch or arrange to rent owner's 17 ft Boston Whaler Dauntless. The 48 ft of waterfront has a shared dock of 40 ft. Come sit by the water's edge or on the deck and enjoy breath-taking sunrises, sailors and rowers passing by, local wildlife, and spectacular fireworks on the Fourth of July. The home offers a fully stocked kitchen ready to accompany any cooking need. Internet provided so bring your Firestick to enjoy your favorite streaming media.. The rental fee varies according to the month: May 4000, June and Sept @6000, July and August @8500, October - April @4000.
