Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations, especially considering our reservation was for four people. Upon arrival, the suite had only been prepared for three guests, with no bedsheets or pillows for the fourth person. There were no bottled waters either; instead, we found a glass container filled with water with no information about its source. Tea and coffee supplies were also missing. Reception told us this was “the owner’s instruction,” and only after we threatened to leave were they provided. We also requested an iron for our clothes, but were told that the hotel does not have an iron. The Wi-Fi in our room was extremely poor and practically unusable. We were told the router had been faulty for 10 days and had still not been fixed. Breakfast officially starts at 8:00 AM. At 8:05 AM, much of the food was already cold and the bread was dry. The cheese rolls were the only item served hot. At the restaurant, an available table needed cleaning. We were initially told to sit elsewhere because staff were busy with a tourist group. We had to remind them that we were also hotel guests and deserved the same attention before the table was cleaned. The positive: the view and surrounding scenery are beautiful and probably the hotel's biggest advantage. Unfortunately, apart from the beautiful surroundings, the overall service and management fell well below expectations. The problem is not that issues occurred, but how they were handled.

I stayed at four hotels during my trip, and this one ruined my experience. Despite paying through Expedia, the hotel receptionist charged me again on-site, and I never got my money back. The food options were very limited, which was especially inconvenient given the remote mountain location. Additionally, everything had to be paid for in cash and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible.
