There were some road works in front of the hotel which make it noisy at 6:00am

Clean nice and cozy. I didn’t like the following: 1. Uber service is not reachable. 2. Taxi drivers dealing with the hotel don’t accept any type of cards. 3. The hotel AC is controlled at the reception desk. 4. I kept the AC running; to make the rooms feel cooler when I get back, unfortunately, they turned the AC off when I was away! 5. I informed the receptionist about an issue with the AC. I asked to change the room as the AC wasn’t producing enough cooling. She responded, “how can we make sure the other room won’t have the same issue?”. This isn’t a proper response to a tourist or a visitor concerns. I suffered with the situation for couple of days. Overall assessment: it is a good place, but needs better AC, signing an agreement with Taxi Drivers to accept cards.
