Clean, no frills business hotel

Pretty new building and clean rooms on a business oriented hotel. Comfortable bed and great shower. No frills. Check-in was unbearably slow. Parking structure was not planned for larger cars. A bit of confusion at check out - they wanted to charge me even though I had already paid at the booking site.

Apenas alguns pontos a melhorar, as toalhas (no segundo dia da estadia deixaram umas melhores, mas no primeiro estavam bem raras...Motor da hidro da piscina estava em manutenção, por se tratar de um feriado, poderia ter uma atenção maior para estar funcionando, no mais, tudo muito bom. Atendimento dos funcionários Excelente!

Dois pontos fraquíssimos no hotel: café da manhã ao nível de hotel 1 estrela. As delícias da Serra gaúcha estavam inexistentes no cardápio. Nem um salame típico da região tinha. Ovos sem um acompanhamento de bacon, cucas típicas, nada. Decepcionamente. Outra foi a piscina térmica com água morna quase fria e piscina extremamente suja. Um lodo no fundo dela em todas piscinas. Uma vergonha e um absurdo visto que pagamos razoavelmente bem pela diária. O nível deveria ser bem melhor.

Café da manhã prático, com boas opções, básico sem comprometer. Cama boa, mas pouco isolamento acústico (barulho da avenida entra no quarto). Toalhas péssimas, pequenas e bem velhas (MUITO velhas e desgastadas), beirando o ridículo para um estabelecimento hoteleiro, seja de que nível for. Estacionamento bom e prático, mas carros grandes têm dificuldades. Localização boa para deslocamento na região.
