Wasted Time and Miserable
No Internet, No cell coverage
This was a working vacation with young children. We were unable to function because they had turned off the internet. Parents were afraid to leave because there was no way to contact if a baby issue arose. We had to take shifts leaving the property to sit in cars and get online. Ended up making lame excuses for missing meetings and failing to meet deadlines.
Their text person was full of earnest apologies but nothing was done to remedy and a measly few dollars refunded didn’t come close to repair damage to our work responsibilities.
