The stay over all wasn’t bad. I was however very disappointed with the fact that I got locked out of my room for almost two hours. The battery on the door reader died and the only one that could fix it was the maintenance guy that was not on site and had to drive over. The front desk lady seemed indifferent to the situation and barely said anything to me. I am mostly disappointed with the customer care of the situation. I would have appreciated being checked on there were no other guests at the desk she could have offered water or at least asked if I was ok. But what bothers me is that not everyone on staff knows how to do this? What if someone was having a medical emergency inside? Or I had life saving medication in there? The check out lady seemed more apologetic than the one the night before but it was just a depressing way to spend the night. Once we finally got into our room we were so tired we just passed out and we are parents who hardly get nights to ourselves so I left kind of sad.
