Pool 8 x 4 (alarm NF standards and barriers) with fountain. Pool-house with shower and toilet, plancha and garden furniture.

The house has 4 bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with bathroom (jet shower, bath and toilet), large bed 160,

- 1 bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), large bed 160,
- 1 sofa bed convertible in 140 (real mattress) in the room-de-jeu.
All rooms are equipped with LCD TV and DVD.

You will also have a large living room with giant LCD screen (Canal + and Canalsat + Netflix), a dining-room, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, gas hob, washing machine). crockery, kettle, toaster, Nespresso and classic coffee maker, Magimix robot ...).
On the ground floor, a game room with billiards, foosball and air hockey. There is also a gym with a treadmill and an elliptical bike (Nordicktrack).
A laundry room with washer-dryer, ironing board and iron.
The beds are made on arrival. Towels are provided (2 bath towels per person and 1 bath mat per bathroom), as well as kitchen towels.
Possibility in addition to have pool towels (€ 5 per towel).
On request, you will have free use of a baby kit (crib, high chair and stroller).
