We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised laundry facilities/services on the Expedia listing. As we had been travelling for quite some time, this was an important factor in our decision to book this property. When I enquired about it onsite, I was told that this advertised service was not available. Had the listing accurately described the facilities, we would have booked alternative accommodation.
In addition, the toilet in our room was not functioning properly and would not flush toilet paper normally. We reported this issue immediately after discovering it but were not offered an alternative room or an effective solution. We also found that the toilets near the bar and restaurant had similar flushing issues and did not even have toilet seats, indicating that the problem was not limited to our room.
We were also disappointed to find that our room did not resemble the photographs shown on the Expedia listing. The images gave a different impression of the room's condition and appearance than what we actually received.

The room was very clean, Breakfast was not great! There was very little choice, this was the 3rd hotel that I had stayed in during my trip and the worst Breakfast..you had to ask the member if staff for more coffee and it felt like you were imposing on them. The hotel itself is lovely but the area is very rough. Every cafe I went into advised me to put my bag in front of me and look out for pick pockets.

A slightly remote hotel with very good facilities. The staff are very helpful and the pool a delight.
The rooms are very good and the view too.
The dining/breakfast room is good and the dinner menu excellent.
Good hotel shuttle service too, beating ITTaxi (who failed to show many times) and Uber (expensive).
