Residence bien située, les appartements sont correct par contre on ressent bien que c est tres vieillissant et pas tres bien entretenu. Le menage est complÚtement a revoir.Dommage... L equipe est reactif si probleme , ca remonte un peu la note.

Muy agradable y recomendable

Los empleados del alojamiento fueron sĂșper agradables, educados y atentos. En general la limpieza es bastante buena y la Ășnica pega fue que tuvimos que alquilar las sĂĄbanas y toallas. Destacar la maravilla que es poder descansar en la piscina climatizada despuĂ©s de las rutas increĂ­bles que hicimos en los alrededores del precioso pueblo.

trĂšs mauvaise gestion

Appartement louĂ© pour le week end avec en vue de profiter de la piscine et de l'espace Spa. AprĂšs nous avoir dit que la piscine Ă©tait fermĂ©e le samedi (dĂ©part obligatoire le dimanche avant 10h avec un horaire d Ă©tat des lieux fixĂ© Ă  8h45 avec remise des clefs), finalement elle Ă©tait ouverte mais froide. AccĂ©s au Sauna payant, nous demandons l'ouverture et on nous dit non finalement car cela revient trop de cher de le chauffer mĂȘme en payant !! Je passe sur l'Ă©tat de l'appartement avec plaque de cuisson oĂč pour prĂ©parer un plat chaud il faut s'y prendre la veille.

Positif: RĂ©sidence assez proche des tĂ©lĂ©cabines. Surface d'appartement suffisante. Negatif: Il fait trĂšs chaud dans les appartements. Ça aurait Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciable si il y avait le minimum quand on arrive (sel , huile, Ă©ponge... mais vraiment rien).

Ce n’est pas un produit hîtelier

Ce n’est pas de l’hĂŽtellerie et ce type de produit ne devrait pas se retrouver sur le site HĂŽtel.com. J’ai payĂ© 634€ et j’ai pris l’option mĂ©nage Ă  39€. Pour me retrouver dans un studio avec un lit coincĂ© entre un mur et le placard sans pouvoir faire le tour et un matelas mĂ©diocre. Pas de TV dans la chambre et canapĂ© inconfortable avec quelques coussins. le prix de la nuitĂ©e revient Ă  96€ sans les taxes de sĂ©jour sans aucune prestation hĂŽtellerie ( passage quotidien de remise en Ă©tat de la chambre) il faut d’ailleurs avant de partir nettoyer le petit coin cuisine et porter les poubelles aux bacs.

A fuir absolument

Les photos sur le site sont mensongĂšres. On nous prĂ©sente une rĂ©sidence chaleureuse avec des espaces communs, une cheminĂ©e et des appartements chaleureux. Bref rien de tout cela. Un accueil vite fait, on vous remet les draps dans un sac Ă  linge sale qui servira d'ailleurs pour les ramener vous-mĂȘme Ă  l'accueil le jour du depart. Il faut prendre rendez-vous pour le dĂ©part si vous n'ĂȘtes pas le premier arrivĂ©, on vous fait partir Ă  8h du matin. Quand j'ai voulu discuter Ă  l'accueil en disant que j'avais notĂ© que le dĂ©part Ă©tait Ă  10h. On m'a rĂ©pondu que si je n'Ă©tais pas contente, il fallait que j'aille voir ailleurs, que ça avait toujours Ă©tĂ© comme ça ! J'ai donc demandĂ© ce qui se passerait si je n'Ă©tais pas prĂȘte Ă  8h. La personne de l'accueil m'a rĂ©pondu que l'on mettrait toutes mes affaires dehors et moi avec !!! Je ne parle pas de l'Ă©quipement trĂšs sommaire. Notamment au niveau de la vaisselle, de la cuisine. Il faut rendre l'appartement nickel, mais il n'y a mĂȘme pas de quoi nettoyer. Il faut tout acheter. Il ne faut surtout pas venir. Para moyen de transport quelconque car impossible de transporter tout le nĂ©cessaire Ă  l'entretien et Ă  cuisiner. L'Ă©tat de l'appartement, couvre-lits hyper poussiĂšreux, moisissure sur les fenĂȘtres, meubles trĂšs abĂźmĂ©s et trĂšs trĂšs trĂšs vieillots. Bref, dĂšs que l'on arrive, on sait que le sĂ©jour va ĂȘtre trĂšs glauque. La lumiĂšre et l'Ă©clairage sont glauques. MĂȘme pas une lampe de chevet ! Dernier Ă©lĂ©ments un prix indĂ©cent pour le service.
