The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms extremely spacious. The only negative was that there was no common sitting area so if you wanted to chill it was on chairs in the kitchen or in a bedroom. That is the only reason why I would mark this property down. No lift access although there is a lift and property is on the second floor. The building in which the property is located is old and dilapidated but that is the case with every property in Catania. The location of the property is fantastic and you can walk to most places. The areas around the property are not the cleanest but again, that is the case around most of old town so again cannot mark property down on this basis. Would I stay here again- No and that is only because of the common seating area and nothing else. There was a bottle of spritz left for us along with some lovely almond biscottis so that was a lovely touch. Vincenzo was lovely albeit we never met him in person, he responded very promptly to messages and phone calls.

the stairs were kinda hard to climb with big suitcases but the apartment was fabulous. clean,and specious. A nice courtyard,patio and very close to the nus station. we would go back there. Vincenzo,the contact person was very responsive. Anything you need hes there for you. Thanks for all
