Petit problème d'eau à plusieurs reprises mais indépendant des propriétaires, en dehors de ça séjour agréable. Établissement bien situé et un parking à 5 € la nuit est possible.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au 3 B. L’accueil était très bien, de très bons conseils et un parking payant à proximité, facile d’accès. Le logement est à 15 min du centre ville à pied ce qui permet de visiter facilement Catane.
