I turned the water on to take a shower and the head shower flew off. I sent a message immediately to report the issue but they ignored my message. I reported again and they didn't care, they asked me to fix it. Unbelievable. Place needs to be more clean. Towels abd sheets were stained. Cigarettes were left on the table. First time I was asked to take the trash out. No friendly check-in or out.
