This lovely and cosy 3 bedroom villa, is ideal for small families and groups up to 6 people, including children. It features a private swimming pool, is fully air-conditioned throughout and has fast fibre internet.

The lounge is nice and shady for those hot summer months, and has an enclosed wood burner fireplace for those cosy winter nights.

The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and one of tem has private en-suite with shower, and the other bedroom has a single bed with a small pull out single bed. There is also a second bathroom with a bath.

The fully equipped kitchen has a separate small utility room, and a large table that will accommodate the whole family. There is a door in the kitchen that gives access to the back of the villa including the covered eating area, the garden and the swimming pool.

There is plenty of outdoor space to do your own thing or just relax by the pool and enjoy a glass of the local wine. The private pool makes it ideal to cool off on those hot summer days. If you want sand and sangria, the local beaches and bars are only 5 minutes drive away.

There is an 8 lane 'polytan' track together with indoor training facilities and a gym with Olympic free weights. Jumping facilities and dedicated throwing facilities are also available, where many other sports are catered for. The Complex is one of the most highly regarded centres in Europe. It is a high performance training centre recognized by the Portuguese Olympic Committee as an Official Training Centre, that attracts a number of professional teams and national squads to the region for warm weather training.

Monte Gordo is an established holiday resort with a flat blue flag beach, stretching over 20km. This is ideal for warm weather training sessions. There are over 12km of off road tracks that can be found in the pine forests that lie between Monto Gordo and Vila Real de Santo António.

Ria Formosa Natural Reserve: The vast beaches and isles from Faro to Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the vast expanses of dunes and after those a labyrinth of lagoons and small sand isles, mud flats and canals. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered, because the sea penetrates right up to land, forming marches and salt marshes.

With such physical diversity, it is not surprising that the Ria Formosa Estuary attracts such a variety of life forms and provides a wintering ground for many migratory birds. It is one of the most important nature reserves in the network of wetlands that links Europe and sub-Saharan Africa and is very popular with wildlife watchers from all over the world.
