On the Ionian side of Santa Maria di Leuca, just a few miles from San Gregorio, located on a hill with a beautiful sea view overlooking the beautiful bay of "Felloniche." The house is set in a garden of 5000 meters with olive trees and Mediterranean, where peace and privacy are absolutely guaranteed.

Composition: The house inside is furnished simply but with style and includes a living room-living room with 2 single sofa beds and fireplace, a kitchen-living room with dining table for 6/8 seats (in dishwasher supplied), 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Outside, a large patio that surrounds the half-moon front of the house, equipped with garden furniture and a dining table for 8/10 people

Familiy holiday with teenage children
We had a great vacation. The location of the property is just great. There are great views to the surrounding olive gardens and a wonderful sea view. The location is very private, surrounded by a large garden. The nearest beach is about 2 kms from the property, other beaches not far away either. The house is perfect for a family of 4 or maybe 2 couples. We had everything we needed for our vacation. We would have have appreciated a little bit better kitchen utensils and dishes as we are keen cooks which was probably the only downside if the property. The owner Paola was very helpful with instructions and her list of nice restaurants and places worth to see. The housekeeper Nino spoke only Italian, so it was a little tricky to communicate but everything worked out well. He helped us quickly with minor issues with hot water and burglar alarm. We most definitely recommend Paola's house for a family vacation in Puglia.

Wunderschöne Lage, tolle Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend schön und der Gemüsegarten war eine tolle Überraschung. Wir haben fleißig Tomaten gesammelt 😃 Da wir im Hochsommer da waren, war die Hitze natürlich zwischenzeitig kaum zu ertragen. Ein etwas größerer Pool wäre da schön gewesen, aber insgesamt hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub und haben jede Minute sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super, leider konnten wir wenig mit dem Hauswart kommunizieren, weil er nur italienisch sprach. Aber alle waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Quel endroit magnifique
Communication avec la propriétaire claire avec réponse rapide. Arrivée a la maison facile. Nino, gestionnaire de la propriété, était de bons conseils et nous orienté vers de beaux endroits. Vue extraordinaire, la maison est très confortable. Propre et équipé de tout se dont nous avions besoin. Calme et repos assuré! Le petit village de castrignano est vraiment charmant.
