Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next. Le métier de l’hôtellerie est un métier de services. A bon entendeur.

Séjour le 15 août, jour férié, avons pris la nuit en demi pension par précaution du jour férié. Avons eu la surprise d avoir un coup de fil l après-midi même soit 3 h avant le dîner que le cuisinier est en vacances. Soit ce monsieur a bien le droit à ses congés mais les clients à leur dîner ! Que faire ... des croques monsieur nous ont été proposés ! Félicitation pour l organisation.... après une négociation nous avons pu dîner au restaurant Mercure que nous félicitons pour leur professionnalisme (eux) et la qualité des produits Merci le Mercure, Ibis allez y faire un stage !
