We stayed in a Junior Suite which was fabulous. You’d want to be fit for the stairs but if you are it’s well worth it to stay in the old part of the hotel. Restaurant was fabulous too as was the bar food and friendly staff. Thermal suite was great

The hotel facilities were great the spa was amazing but the bedroom let the whole thing g down .. broken furniture, scratched furniture and dirty carpet … the whole room was a complete let down.. for such a lovely downstairs the room was a disgrace. It was worth a 1 star let alone a 4 star .. and was the most expensive room we had on our trip and it was the worst!! I would like to stay there again as our family lives in the area but unless the revamp not a hope. Shame cause I would recommend their spa to everyone.
