Beautiful property, perfect location, and responsive host!
The property was as advertised - it was lovely and beautifully appointed - and perfect for our family of 4 (plus an infant) while we visited our daughter in Nelson. We have already recommended it to other family and will definitely consider returning.
For anyone staying and wanting to make anything other than simple meals, the kitchen lacked a few key items - like baking pans and larger pots, spatulas. For as happy we were with the property, and totally not show stoppers, we all noticed that the hand soap and dish detergent were watered down and we only were provided with one spare roll of toilet paper for 4 people and a 4 night stay. Once we contacted Maria, she was quick to respond and drop off more.

Great place in downtown Nelson
This is a really cute apartment with lots of attention to detail. It had everything my wife and I needed for our stay. We didn't use the second bedroom or futon beds but realised that the place would be fine for us to bring our two boys next time. It is minutes from cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as parks and woods. We definitely plan to visit again.
