Little Paradise perfect for two

We had a great time at Francine's house! Great guest house, well equipped, perfect for two! We really enjoyed it a lot! Francine decorated everything very nice and charming so that one can easily feel at home. Great pool which can be closed easily, so it's always fresh and clean. Guests can use the pool, two terraces and their part of the garden, including barbecue (we did not use it) and hammock. And own private parking for the car. One can either enjoy the shady parts of the garden and relax or swim in the pool and enjoy the sun on the sun-terrace. Surroundings are very quiet, which we liked a lot. Check-in and check-out was easy and on time, everything was good. TV with french channels only, so basic knowledge of the language can help in case one wants to use it (which we did not). Landscape: One can do a lot of great sightseeing from there, like Pont du Gard, Uzès, Avignon, Nîmes, Les Baux de Provence, Camargue, Shopping in Miramas and many more. A lot to explore within distance of max. one hour. We would surely recommend this spot, we liked it a lot! Thanks Francine for this little paradise!

Un havre de paix

Un Havre de paix, Quel plaisir d'avoir passé ces 2 semaines dans ce cadre idyllique. Tout, vraiment tout, est fait pour que notre séjour se passe divinement bien. La maison est parfaitement équipée, la chambre parentale avec son dressing et sa salle d'eau est géniale, et l'extérieur avec ses terrasses ombragées, sa végétation fleurie, la piscine topissime. Le calme de la localisation (au fond d'une allée dans une zone résidentielle) sans aucun vis à vis est un vrai plus. La maison dispose également d'un portail électrique et d'une place de parking dans la cour de l'entrée. Et Francine qui, en toute discrétion, a su être une hôte efficace et nous a permis de nous sentir vraiment chez nous. Si nous retournons dans la région nous savons désormais où louer. Francine, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances grâce à vous. Mille mercis. Vanessa et Stéphane.

Un séjour parfait en tous points

Nous avons séjourné 4 semaines à la Cigale. Tout a été parfait : accueil et communication avec Francine, attentive, maison impeccable dans laquelle rien ne manquait, extérieur magnifique avec possibilité de s'installer à différents endroits en fonction de l'envie du moment, belle piscine. Commerçants sympathiques (dont la Cabane à Jo pour les fruits et légumes), restaurants de qualité aux prix raisonnables : Les Jarres (attention : grosses portions), la Petite Gare à proximité, La Bergerie à Sainte-Eulalie, ... Il est préférable de réserver. De bonnes caves dont le Caveau de Bourdic. Le beau village de Castillon-du-Gard, la proximité du Pont du Gard, de Nîmes et d'Arles, et bien d'autres ... Nous avons passé un excellent moment de détente et de zénitude. Sans oublier notre copain le chat "réglisse", bien vieux, mais si câlin et attachant. Bref, un merveilleux séjour.

La cigale est zen..

Le gîte proposé par Francine est très confortable à deux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il offre toutes les commodités, et quelques attentions dignes d'un quatre étoiles, y compris un petit cadeau d'arrivée bien agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de façon exclusive de la piscine et des nombreux espaces de détente du jardin, magnifiquement meublé et entretenu. Francine a été réactive à nos demandes, voire les à devancées (!) - c'est une hôtesse attentionnée mais qui sait se faire discrète. La situation du gîte proche d'Uzes, Avignon et Nîmes en fait un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la région.

Superbe séjour à la Cigale !

Nous avons passé 4 jours superbes à la Cigale. Francine est disponible et arrangeante (nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que l’heure prévue et partir plus tard). Le lieu est très beau (jardin bien entretenu, piscine superbe, salon de jardin cosy etc.). La maison est bien équipée et nous avons même eu droit à des petits cadeaux de bienvenu. Un petit coin de paradis au calme. Le village de Castillon est également très sympa!! N'hésitez pas à tester un petit week-end ou des vacances à la Cigale!! :)

Nous avons été accueilli à merveille par une propriétaire hors du commun, à l écoute, qui prend soin de vous et qui vous apporte des petites attentions. Seul bémol pour cette personne, c est qu elle n est reçu le versement des vacances seulement à notre arrivée par abritel cad 3 mois après.

Un petit paradis

Un séjour de rêve, grâce à l'accueil et la bienveillance de Francine ,et de sa maison, très belle et aménagée avec goût, sans parler de la piscine, qui permet de se rafraîchir après les découvertes de la région. Par contre, la propriétaire n'avait encore pas perçu mon règlement avant mon départ. Je trouve cela complètement anormal.

Un petit coin de paradis

C'est un petit bijou que Francine Lecreps propose en location à Castillon du Gard. Tout est orienté vers le confort et le bien-être : l'appartement est très bien agencé et lumineux et bien décoré, le jardin est très joli, bien arboré, de jolis meubles de jardin ont été installés, des fauteuils confortables pour lire à l'ombre ou prendre un verre en fin de journée, des chaises longues confortables, la piscine est grande, un bel éclairage pour des soirées agréables en extérieur, bref tout était aussi bien que sur les photos. A l'arrivée, des petits cadeaux de bienvenue nous attendaient, organisés par notre hôte et cousues-main par Benita, qui habite à côté, qui a des doigts de fée et qui est également un contact précieux en cas de besoin sur place; de charmantes attentions pour réduire notre consommation de produits à usages uniques et qu'on emporte ensuite avec soi avec beaucoup de plaisir car ils sont très bien réalisés. Il me faut encore souligner que le village de Castillon du Gard compte quelques restaurants fort sympathiques, tous accessibles à pied en 15-20 minutes. Et qu'il y a un grand nombre d'activités très intéressantes à faire dans le coin. D'ailleurs, à ce propos, Francine fait un travail formidable sur son site internet lacigalemaisondecharme : on y trouve plein d'idées d'activités, de lieux à visiter, et surtout des mises à jour précieuses sur les éventuelles restrictions dues au Covid... à consulter absolument ! Encore un grand merci à Francine pour ce séjour idyllique sour le soleil exactement :-)

Petit coin de Paradis

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines à la Cigale, que du BONHEUR. La maison est joliment décorée, super bien équipée, très bonne literie. L'extérieur invite à la Dolce Vita, avec sa belle piscine privée, ses petites terrasses à choix au gré des envies, un environnement fleuri, sans vis-à-vis, très calme propice à la détente. La maison se trouve au pied du très beau village médiéval de Castillon-du-Gard avec ses très bons restaurants, sa boulangerie, son tabac, son bar, sa coiffeuse-onglerie, son espace beauté. Un trio de charme et d'efficacité ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable: Francine, la maîtresse des lieux qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis, adorable, discrète qui vous donne tous les conseils et bonnes adresses de la région. Super-Sabrina, aux petits soins, à votre disposition en cas de besoin, et qui propose quelques spécialités culinaires livrées à la villa. La charmante Marion, qui par ses massages personnalisés, à domicile ou dans son cabinet, saura vous détendre ou vous redonner de l'énergie. J'aurais bien pris un abo à l'année. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location et n'avons qu'une envie: y retourner. Encore félicitations et merci Francine de nous proposer un tel endroit. Martine et Jean-Marie

Génial !

2e fois pour nous et ce fut encore mieux que la première. Nous y retournerons certainement ! Avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Mme Lecreps qui est très sympathique, très attentionnée avec les locataires. Petits cadeaux d'accueil qui donnent le sourire. Nous avons même sympathisé avec les villageois. Le village est splendide. Beaucoup de choses a voir. Vous ne serez pas déçu !

Nous avons apprécie la maison qui est en tout point conforme aux photos du site.L'accueil a été cordial, merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée. La maison est très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien. Seul petit bémol à notre séjour, la piscine qui n'était pas assez chaude pour que l'on puisse en profiter et le jacuzzi qui n'est pas en service en haute saison . C'est un endroit à conseiller. Nous avons passé 2 semaines avec nos deux enfants dans cette superbe location, au calme avec les chants des cigales. La maison est très bien équipé et la piscine très agréable avec la chaleur. Très charmante maison décorée avec grand soin disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Endroit idéal pour voir le Pont du Gard, magnifique aménagement à quelques minutes de la villa, proche de Nîmes et ses arènes, du Théâtre Antique d'Orange et bien entendu du célèbre Pont d'Avignon. D'autres points d'intérêts comme Uzès et son marché, et bien d'autres lieux réputés comme les Baux de Provence, etc. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. BONNE SITUATION TRANQUILLE

Accueil très agréable et souple au niveau de l horaire, lieu tranquille pas de bruit du voisinage, propriété fermée avec place de parking privée, pas de vis a vis coté piscine, coin barbecue ombragé, la maison n est pas grande mais fonctionnelle et bien équipée, la propriétaire est très aimable et sympathique. Pas loin du pont du Gard et de Nîmes. Seul bémol... mais c'est la région, c'est venté.....mais une fois dans l'eau on oubli.

Jolie location bien décorée avec tout le confort dans une superbe région... Que demander de plus ? Séjour très agréable et reposant entre la farniente au bord de la belle piscine et la découverte du Gard ! Un vrai plaisir et merci pour l'accueil ! Seul tout petit bémol , le wifi défaillant.

Cadre idéal ! Bonheur assuré

Un gîte exceptionnel , dans un cadre calme de la garrigue, le jardin est entretenu avec soin ! On a profité de ce domaine abrité du vent et à l'ombre des arbres avec nos 2 enfants . Les photos sont réelles ! Gîte fonctionnel , d'une propreté irréprochable , très bien équipé ! Juste à poser nos valises ! Que du bonheur passé en ces murs avec toutes les intentions dignes des grands hôtels ! Merci encore à la propriétaire de prendre autant soin de vos locataires !

Belles vacances à Castillon

C'était nos deuxième vacances dans cette maison et nous sommes toujours autant ravi de ce lieu. Les petites attentions de la propriétaire nous comblent dès notre arrivée. Le cadre est très charmant et paisible. Nous y retournerons une troisième fois avec joie.

Des vacances idyliques

Nous avons passé une semaine en couple en août 2015 et avons été ravis. Très bon accueil, maison très propre et très confortable, très joli jardin et superbe piscine. Pas de 5 étoiles en raison de l'absence de climatisation dans la maison (du coup un peu chaud la nuit...) mais à part ça, c'était parfait.
