The house is located in a quiet area. The secure gate opens onto a path and a garden full of Mediterranean flowers and shrubs. An avenue of olive trees leads to the swimming pool. The three bedrooms open onto the garden, without any vis-à-vis. The villa is spacious, comfortable and warm.

The covered terrace (facing south) has a dominant view of the garden with a large wooden table for 6 people, ideal for having meals and spending convivial moments. If you are looking for more freshness, there is a pergola between the trees, with a table for 6 people, close to a barbecue.

Upon entering the villa, one arrives in the living room, with a local stone fireplace. There are two sofas, leather chairs and a large screen TV. The space between the living room and the kitchen is open. It passes through a dining room for 6 people. Next to the fully equipped kitchen is a very practical pantry with a washing machine and dryer. To the left of the kitchen is the master bedroom, isolated from the kitchen by two doors. This large bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm); its French window leads onto the garden. It has its own shower, sink and separate toilet. The other bedrooms and the second bathroom are located along a corridor separated from the kitchen by a door. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) with a chest of drawers. The other bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes. Its large window overlooks the garden (see photos). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
Opposite the front door, a wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine which could be used as an office or bedroom. There is a single mattress (90 x 200 cm) and a modular work table. There is WIFI at the house.

When I visited the property for the first time I was impressed by the magnificent garden, typical of the south of France with lots of colors as you can see in the photos. The swimming pool is located among the shrubs typical of the South of France. There is also a dry stone capitelle. Swimming pool approx 10m x 4m, max depth 1.5m, access via steps
pool towels not provided. Around thirty olive trees remind us that the land was an ancient olive grove. On the shaded path which leads to the back of the villa, there is a shelter opposite an outdoor fireplace, then some very practical washing lines.
You can take advantage of the pétanque court to have a good time at the end of the day in the shade of the pine trees.
Near the Pont du Gard, Collias and the Gardon gorges, Uzès is its market and at the crossroads of the Alpilles, the Camargue, Avignon, etc...
