Disappointing stay! Last time we were just unlucky (a boy locked himself in a room directly opposite and the firefighters came at night and broke him free), this time the room cleaning crew robbed us of our so much needed sleep. Very disrespectful towards the hotel guest, noisy and without caution. The reception staff did not seem to be interested in a useful solution regarding my complaint, shame...

The bedrooms (we rented several rooms) are nothing like the photos. They are dated, the metal night tables and bathroom sink stands are all rusty, plumbing is not working properly, no manager on staff to receive your concerns, and the air is musty (moldy). One of the rooms didn’t have a floor of any kind just the cement. This is not artsy it is dated and it’s hard to believe it is listed as a 4 star.

Stanza piccola per essere una tripla (io ho comprato una tripla). Per inserire il terzo letto (un lettino più piccolo) hanno tolto uno dei due comodini. Su hotels le foto della tripla erano differenti, mostravano una camera grande e spaziosa con un matrimoniale King e un letto singolo normale. Per il resto tutto bene.

Struttura di design dedicata al fondatore della Croce Rossa. Situato in una zona industriale, commerciale di Castiglione è facilmente raggiungibile in auto ed a 20min dal casello di Desenzano. La camera è spaziosa, ma l'insonorizzazione è migliorabile sia dall'esterno che dalle altre camere. È migliorabile anche la pulizia delle aree comuni e la colazione.
