The property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or small groups of friends.
Access is via a gate that marks the boundary of the private property, with parking available right in front of the villa.
Inside, there is a cozy living room with an open kitchen and dining table. This area leads directly to the panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, and two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.
Outside, the property is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a beautiful exclusive swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing, and a barbecue perfect for enjoyable moments outdoors.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests.
Pets are allowed but, as agreed with the owner, they are not allowed in the sleeping area of the villa.
Guests will receive instructions on how to access the villa independently after completing the online check-in.
During your stay, the owner of the villa may be present sporadically for any maintenance work on the pool and grounds.
PAY ATTENTION
A security deposit of €300 will need to be left at check-in; this deposit will then be returned at check-out unless there are obvious damages to the property.
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to check in online; they will be asked to enter all the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental contract and pay the deposit.
