Villa Delizia is an independent house set in the heart of Villa a Sesta, and ancient and picturesque village in the south of the Chianti region in Tuscany, part of Castelnuovo Berardenga.

The Villa is set on the first floor of the house and has a garden detached from the property with outdoor furniture, BBQ and spectacular views over the Chianti and Siena.

Villa Delizia is a traditional Tuscan house renovated to the highest standards with all modern comforts, fully air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi. Furnished according to the Tuscan style, it combines the modern amenities of the kitchen and bathrooms with a flair of the old times.

The property offers a living – dining room with fireplace, a separate kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub) and a double bedroom with twin beds and bathroom (with shower). A study with sofa connects the living room with the double bedroom.

From the living room, a balcony boasts unique open views towards the south over the hills of the Chianti, the Crete and Monte Amiata and Siena to the west.

Villa a Sesta is a paradise for discerned “gourmet” visitors, offering four restaurants of which two Michelin starred. With the assistance of our Concierge, our Guests may be sure to enjoy a full gourmet experience and have fantastic dinners fifty metres away from their doorstep.
Annually, with the Dit’Unto festival held on the first Sunday of October, the village becomes the Chianti capital of the “finger food”. One cannot miss the most famous restauranteurs of the Chianti area (and beyond) showcasing their best dishes in the stalls scattered all over the village with wine, beer and music as accompaniment.
