Stairs give access to the second floor where you will find two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with bathtub.
On the top floor, there is a very large solarium terrace where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
This house, renovated in 2014, is located right in front of the beach and has a private swimming pool reserved for the guests of the residence (6 houses).
