Very nice house, in a private residence with swimming pool.
Privileged location, on the seafront in Empuriabrava and on the canal.
House divided into 3 floors.
On the ground floor, there is a private garage.
The first floor consists of a spacious living / dining room with terrace, a modern open-plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor consisting of two big double bedrooms with terrace and a second bathroom with shower.
On the top floor there is a very large solarium terrace from where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
This house, renovated in 2014, is located right in front of the beach and has a private swimming pool reserved for the guests of the residence (6 houses).
Private garage, WIFI, satellite television (national, French and German programs), air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Empuriabrava is the largest residential marina in Europe with more than 25 km of navigable canals. Nice house, good location, terrible beds

It’s a really big house with a beautiful terrace on the roof! The communication with the rental organisation was perfect. However… the beds are really small en very hard. Both the refridgerators don’t work very well. And we had very awfull, very rude neighbours. The last evening there was a lot of noise at the parking in front of the house. But the location, at the end of the boulevard, but close enough at the many restaurants, perfect!!!
