A améliorer
Logement vétuste, tout comme la vaisselle et en faible quantité. Niveau de propreté peu mieux faire. Pas de climatisation ! Pas beaucoup de rangement. Seul point vraiment positif : la terrasse.

Gute Lage - Teilrenovation nötig
Fotos stimmen mit der Wohnung überein, Wohnung ist aber kleiner als es den Eindruck erweckt. Für 3 Personen viel zu klein! Es fehlt eine durchgehende Sonnenstore auf dem Balkon. Fenster und Türen können schlecht geschlossen werden. Treppenhaus sehr eng.
