Empuriabrava and its surroundings provide the ideal setting for enjoying a wide range of activities, perfect for an unforgettable family holiday. You will appreciate the complex's interior walkways, its well-maintained flower gardens, and its swimming pools surrounded by lawns. Please note that access to the swimming pools is sold separately by the condominium association and is not included in the rental price.
Upon entering, to the right, you will find two bedrooms: the first equipped with bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and access to a laundry room; the second, with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a small balcony. A hallway leads to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity, ideal for everyone's comfort. The dining area features a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker). From this inviting space, you can access the third bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and offering direct access to the sea-facing terrace, as well as a second bathroom with a shower. The dining room also opens onto a pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying stunning sea views.
The apartment benefits from three air conditioning units for optimal comfort in all seasons: one is located at the entrance, the second in the living room, and the third in the south-facing master bedroom with its sea view. Appartement en frond de mer, grand et pratique, et très bien situé. Propre (sauf céllier), mais mériterait néanmoins un rafraichissement (peintures et salle d'eau). Manque du mobilier de terrasse (chaise longue).
