House description: villa for 6 people with 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 double room & 1 with 4 bunk beds, spacious living room & dining room, newly renovated kitchen (brand new appliances) & bathroom (with shower), and external shower.

Facilities: The villa is fully furnished and equipped (i.e. large fridge/freezer, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, washing machine incl. ironing appliances, satellite TV, fans in each bedroom. Linens for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms are provided for. The exterior is fully furnished (sun umbrellas, sun chairs, couches, tables, & barbecue).

Extra services: Possibility of house cleaning and to send/receive fax/mail.

Property description: Charming villa in perfect conditions (newly redecorated) surrounded by the typical mediterranean vegetation & landscape (dwarf palms, agave, pines, jasmin & rosmary), patio, big garden fully furnished with different relax area (gazebo, barbecue...). The property is situated in an ideal location a few hundred meters from groceries stores, pizzerias, bars, newspaper & tobacco shops. The old borgo of Scopello is at Km2 where is possible to access all other services such as postal office, bank, paramedics, bars & restaurants.
