Casa Maja terrace with sea view

Just above the center of Santa Maria di Castellabate is Casa Maja in a quiet residential area surrounded by a beautiful garden. The house consists of two apartments, the upper apartment, a mansard, is rented. The very hospitable landlords, a German-Italian couple, live on the lower floor.

The apartment is about 62 square meters and is suitable for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms (each with a double bed), kitchen, living room, bathroom (shower / toilet) and a large, partially shaded panoramic terrace to the sea side. The view stretches far over Santa Maria and the Gulf of Castellabate, on clear days you can see the Amalfi Coast. The garden can be used and is equipped with garden furniture and a grill. The apartment is comfortably and lovingly furnished and well equipped.

The location is quiet even in the high season, but you can walk to the center in about 10-15 minutes and the sea in 20 minutes. A car is recommended but not essential. A parking space is available to guests on the enclosed property.

Perfect family holiday

We loved everything about the place. The accommocation was really comfy and well supplied with all you could need and was only a couple of walks from the town/beach and the owners below were so helpful and friendly,. They loaned us beach umbrellas, showed us the beach on the first day, and recommended good places to go. Santa Maria is great, plenty of beaches all along the sea front, a nice town centre withe dozens of gelateria and eating places for all budgets, without being too touristy. Nothing negative to say really!!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse im herrlichen Santa Maria di Castellabate

Wir haben uns in Ninas Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt-alles vorhanden, was man braucht, schön eingerichtet, gemütliches Sofa , voll ausgestattete Küche. Nina war immer ansprechbar. Wirklich toll ist die riesige Dachterrasse mit Blick über den Ort und das Meer! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit herausragender Terrasse

Sehr schöne, komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Santa Maria di Castellabate und das Meer. Fußgängerzone, Strände und die Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants sind innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Antike Orte wie Paestum sind 30 Autominuten entfernt. Das Apartment bietet einen Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Gelände und Waschmöglichkeiten für längere Aufenthalte. Unsere Vermieterin Nina Mazzeo hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes rührend um uns gekümmert.
